Asacocirco, a circus company born from the union and passion for performing arts, has been bringing circus to streets, squares, tents, and auditoriums since 2007.
They threw themselves into creating a comedic show, combining tricks, skills, passion, and a pinch of spice, gradually shaping their first performance.
Through continuous training and the search for new formulas, they ignited a special flame, specializing in fire as a central element in their performances—a way to transmit emotion and energy intensely.
Since then, they haven’t stopped keeping the flame alive wherever they go.

Harvester of smiles, charismatic and eternal learner
Miriam is a Galician educator and circus artist passionate about clown language and juggling.
After a teenage career in sports, she discovered circus, a world of play, freedom, and connection, where she could channel her creativity and sensitivity.
She trained first as a self-taught juggler, then under internationally recognized performing artists, also learning theater and clown techniques.
Through continuous training and exploration, Miriam combines her vocation as an educator with her passion for the stage, creating shows where art becomes a shared experience, and human connection, creativity, and emotion are the protagonists.

A sensation provocateur in search of circus poetry
A juggler, dancer, and clown who discovered juggling in his teens, stumbling into circus almost by chance. He quickly realized he wanted to live for art and dedicated himself fully to training in physical theater, clown, dance, and floor acrobatics under internationally renowned instructors.
From his year performing in a circus in Brazil, it was clear he had found his true calling.
João blends classic circus essence with contemporary perspectives, his expressive and subtle body language speaks louder than words.
His fire manipulation merges dance and juggling with unique fluidity and elegance, turning each choreography into true circus poetry.
We created Asacocirco in 2007 and since then we transformed any corner into a stage full of magic, humor and risk. Circus shows designed for all audiences, moving performances, parades, animation and circus workshops.
From the heart of the Rías Baixas, in Galicia, we take the most lively and close circus to squares, streets, festivals, cultural events, school programs and professional circuits, betting on the new circus: without tent, but with a Circus track!
Our shows combine techniques such as clown, dance, fire juggling, juggling geometric structures and performances, offering unique experiences that illuminate the night and awaken the smile by day.
At Asacocirco we believe that the circus is a good tool of artistic, social and therapeutic education. Therefore, we organize workshops for children, young people, families and adults, to develop skills such as creativity, coordination and expression through games, juggling and acrobatics.
